Software from Taoyuan City, Taiwan

Marlubie makes VicTodo and WholeTake.

Two tools for everyday work: VicTodo, an app for tasks, plans, projects and notes, and WholeTake, a Chrome extension that helps you read long pages.

Who we are

Marlubie is the trade name of Huang Kuan-Chieh (黃冠傑), an individual in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. It is a trade name, not a separate company.

Huang Kuan-Chieh makes and runs both products below.

Products

Each product has its own website, where you find its pricing and its policies.

VicTodo

Installable web app for iPhone, iPad, Android and computers

Tasks, plans, projects and notes in one calm place. Type a line or say it, and it becomes a task with its date. Plan today, get it done, and look back on your week.

What it does

  • Quick capture that understands dates, times and repeats as you type, in all nine languages, or say it with the microphone.
  • Plans for the day, week, month and year; projects whose milestones follow from their tasks; notes connected to tasks.
  • A weekly review that keeps what you did, what is still open and your reflection, saved as it was.
  • Saved on your device first. It works offline as an installable app; native apps are planned.
  • Optional cloud sync with Pro: each device syncs while VicTodo is open. Synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest; it is not end-to-end encrypted. Signing in uploads nothing.
  • Pro also adds shared projects with up to 30 people, share links, calendars and integrations, and AI features that you turn on yourself.

Price: free on your device. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. See pricing

WholeTake

Chrome extension, with its interface in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and French. Not yet in the Chrome Web Store.

WholeTake reads long pages with your own AI model key, shows translations next to the original, and keeps what you read as a knowledge graph that grows.

What it does

  • Summaries in a side panel, also for YouTube captions and PDFs.
  • Translation paragraph by paragraph next to the original, without covering the page.
  • Follow-up questions you can save as notes, a mind map for each page, and a searchable history you can export.
  • A knowledge graph and topic pages built from automatic tags, with conflicting claims shown side by side with their sources.
  • Your own key for AWS Bedrock, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint or a local model such as Ollama, or Chrome's built-in AI on your device, which needs no key. WholeTake runs no backend and no proxy, and results stay in your browser.

Price: free, with every current feature, and not sold through Paddle. If your model provider charges for usage, you pay it directly. A Pro plan is planned.

Payments

Today, VicTodo Pro is the only thing Marlubie sells.

VicTodo Pro
Our reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all VicTodo orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment, taxes, invoices and refunds, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Card statements show the charge as PADDLE.NET* MARLUBIE (with PayPal: PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET). That charge is for VicTodo Pro.
Refunds and cancelling
Read VicTodo's Refund and Cancellation Policy. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to support@marlubie.com. Paddle also helps with orders at paddle.net.
WholeTake
